 Shipping with Lumibop

We like to keep things as joyful and simple as our cards. Here’s how your order makes its way to you:

 

✨ Dispatch Times

• Order before 3pm (Mon–Fri) and we’ll pop your Lumibop card in the post the very same day.

• Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/holidays will be sent the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Options (via Royal Mail)

• Royal Mail 1st Class – usually arrives next working day.

• Royal Mail 2nd Class – usually arrives in 2–3 working days.

• Tracked options are also available if you’d like extra peace of mind.

💌 Things to Note

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly (especially during busy seasons).

• We’ll always send you a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

• Pre-ordered cards will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives. If your order includes    both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be sent together once everything is ready. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s on its way.
