We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. UK standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Express options are also available at checkout.

We’re currently working on offering personalisation directly on our cards. For now, we recommend having the card delivered to yourself first so you can add a handwritten note.

We’re committed to reducing electronic waste. Through our WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) collection service, you can send your used cards back to us for safe recycling. Simply fill out this form and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Just pop the card in a small parcel, stick on the label, and drop it off — we’ll handle the rest.
